Jason Potts is our President and broker. He is the name behind the business. After graduating from UCLA, Jason began his business journey. After spending time as a real estate broker, he found his passion is insurance. Jason is a Central Valley local, born and raised and opened the first office in Visalia CA in May 2009. Jason enjoys traveling, spending time in San Diego, watching baseball, and spending time with his family and friends on the weekends!

Mackenzie is our Lead Marketing Manager and Executive Assistant. Mackenzie attends University of San Diego pursuing a degree in Business Administration. She is a San Diego local for the past 3 years. She enjoys traveling, spending time trying new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.

Eric graduated from Exeter High School in 1990 and attended COS. He has been in the insurance business for over 20 years and is privileged to be able to serve his clients.
Eric has been married to his wife Trisha for over 21 years and they are parents to Reece, Carson, & Olivia. Eric is active at his church, Pathway Visalia, and loves spending time traveling and making memories with his family.
